Let’s help some men escape dad bod prison.
It’s not that most men don’t want to get healthy, lean, or jacked.
Or to move from ‘dad bod’ status to ‘that dad’ status.
You might say you don’t care about how you look — but the truth is you also wouldn’t mind being a little more confident whether at home with your wife, or at the pool with your friends.

Which makes it easier to just accept a life sentence to dad bod prison as the norm.

- A few extra pounds per year, for the next 20 years, will leave you asking ‘how did I get here?’
